The recipe is easy to follow and very tasty. I made it for a dinner party with some family and they all loved it. It was crunchy and the jicima gave it an interesting flavor. My mom took home a large container full to enjoy at home. The serrano pepper was a new ingredient for me but the flavor was fantatstic. I will definetely make this again...
