"The recipe is easy to follow and very tasty. I made it for a dinner party with some family and they all loved it. It was crunchy and the jicima gave it an interesting flavor. My mom took home a large container full to enjoy at home. The serrano pepper was a new ingredient for me but the flavor was fantatstic. I will definetely make this again and can't wait to have leftovers tomorrow! Yeah Guy!"
I am a registered nurse who works with special needs children in their homes. Babies on ventilators and trach babies. The familiar surroundings help them flurish. I love to cook and try new ingredients. I look up these ingredients on food network and try new recipes all the time. Some have become family favorites.
