My Activity

Reviewed Dressed-Up Bacon Mac and Cheese

"This recipe has potential. I'm from the NC, where bacon on anything improves a meal! The next time I make this dish, I'll bump-up the amount of bacon, cayenne pepper, salt, cheese and scallions.

For those heart-healthy folks out there, have a couple of glasses of red wine with this dish. Hell, red wine with any meal is always a good idea!""

Reviewed Vegetarian Black Bean Soup

"This is similar to one of my recipes. Along with cumin, I add corn, coriander, chili powder, red pepper to my veggie Black Bean Soup and some vegetable or chicken stock. Top it off with a dollop of sour cream and a slice of cornbread and you're in Black Bean Soup heaven! ""
