Reviewed Chicken and Noodles
"I absolutely loved this soup!! I have made alot of chicken soups from this website & none compare to this. I think I will delete all others from my recipe box. I stayed true to the recipe except I added celery leaves, carrots, onion & garlic & bay leaves to the water to boil the chicken. & I put the broth in the fridge overnight to remove all "
Reviewed Peanut Butter Granola Bars
"These are fantastic! I have made these a few times. Always great. Most recently I changed them up a bit to suit myself & what I had on hand. Used a whole egg. Can't see a need to separate it or beat it with a mixer. A whisk is simpler. Used whole toasted almonds & roasted peanuts, splenda brown sugar, creamy peanut butter & added raisins. A"
Reviewed Tiered Chocolate Buttercream Cake
"I only made the frosting to use on cupcakes from a devils food box mix. Sorry Ina, it's just way easier. Anyway, while the frosting tasted good it was way to soft. Even after I let it set & put it in the fridge. It just would not hold the shape of a star tip. I made Gale Gand's quick vanilla buttercream frosting also and it piped thru the star tip much better & held its shape. I probably won't make this recipe again because it was alot of work & didn't turn out like it should have. I don't know how Ina was able to use it to decorate her cake so elegantly when I couldn't use it pipe a simple design on a cupcake."
Reviewed Balloon Bouquet
"I agree with other reviews. It seems obvious that the jelly beans would crack & be messy. Maybe using something softer like gummy bears would work better. That might be cute for a baby shower."
Reviewed Tiramisu
"This recipe is wonderful. You only need to dip one side of the ladyfingers in the expresso mix for only 3 seconds literally. Or they will fall apart. I like that it's not too sweet. I do mix 2 tbls cocoa & 2 tbls cinnamon to sprinkle on top. This recipe makes great single servings if you layer them in martini glasses. Very romantic & festive. I do that every New Year's Eve with our friends.

Reviewed Simple and Satisfying Broccoli
"I liked this broccoli. I would probably only cook it for 2 minutes & let it set for 3. My personal preference is for a slightly more crunchy texture.
Reviewed Tossed Angel Hair Pasta
"I loved this pasta. Especially good with the fish. I may add minced garlic next time.
