Reviewed Man Hash Browns
"This is a great way to make hash browns if you dont have any eggs (or are allergic).
I followed the recipe except I used oil olive instead of bacon fat + I tossed by potatoes in a little Old Bay before frying. I also paired the hash browns with a side of Siracha mixed in ketchup.
A+ breakfast. "
