"My one star is because the recipe is not the one cooked on the program. Fortunatly I read the reviews first. i saw the show on Dec 8 2010 which must have been a rerun. I wanted to make the calamari but read the reviews first and agree the printed recipe does not match the show broadcast. Very dissapointed - I did want to try it but now I'm not going to.
