Probably will not make again...sorry Giada :-( I liked them ok, but my husband thought they were too cake-like. I liked the tartness of them. There are a lot better cookies out there, so guess this one goes in the trash can. I love you Giada!!

were very good, I used half whole wheat flour to make them a bit more healthy. I didn't feel they needed to be turned over after cooking the 5 min. I decided next time I make them I will omit this step; makes them kind of flat, or else I misunderstood. But the ones that I didn't turn, turned out better I felt. I bake all the time and these are the best! They are so-o-o-o easy and they stay really moist! Extra good if you drizzle chocolate just on the tops of them.
