My Activity

Reviewed Pumpkin Cheesecake

"I'm sure this cheesecake tastes wonderful............it's in the fridge now waiting to be tried tomorrow! I also noticed the picture has graham cracker crumbs up the side and I took the recipe to say just put it on the bottom....oh well. Mine also cracked, but I think I will cover the cracks up with some whip cream. It will look better at least.""

"This recipe is out of this world!!!! I also added chicken: I cut up chicken breasts, then browned the pieces, added the butter and shallots, and continued with the recipe, was wonderful. Thank you Emeril!!!!"

Reviewed Lemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze

"Probably will not make again...sorry Giada :-( I liked them ok, but my husband thought they were too cake-like. I liked the tartness of them. There are a lot better cookies out there, so guess this one goes in the trash can. I love you Giada!!

Reviewed Homemade Bagels

"were very good, I used half whole wheat flour to make them a bit more healthy. I didn't feel they needed to be turned over after cooking the 5 min. I decided next time I make them I will omit this step; makes them kind of flat, or else I misunderstood. But the ones that I didn't turn, turned out better I felt. They still were very good.....thanks Emeril!

Reviewed Easy Cheese Danish

"Ina, these are the bomb! There is a lot of cream cheese mixture leftover, but that's ok, I just bought some more pastry sheets and made more without having to make a filling. One thing I added for a change was I put a little more filling on each one and added just a small amount of raspberry jam over the top of the filling. When they were cooled, I put a very small amount of white icing on top.........just enough to make it look pretty. They're good no matter what!

Reviewed Coconut Macaroons

"I LOVE YOU INA!!!!
I bake all the time and these are the best! They are so-o-o-o easy and they stay really moist! Extra good if you drizzle chocolate just on the tops of them.
