"I have been making a similar recipe for years. I do not use the coconut but I do use more vanilla. If you want this to be a 5 star recipe all of the time do what I do, serve it frozen or semi frozen, it almost has the consistency of ice cream and my guests LOVE it! I also serve it with freh strawberries, you can't go wrong."
