Reviewed Thai Chicken With Basil
"This is perfect, tasted just like restaurant dish!"
Reviewed Potato Gnocchi
"These are the only gnocchi I've ever made and liked, fabulous! The recipe can be shortened a bit too, I think. I didn't do the 0.5 hour drying time, I just stuck them in a warm oven while waiting for the water to boil and they were still a perfect consistency. "
Reviewed CHICKEN KORMA
"I love the chicken korma at my local Indian restaurant, but this was nowhere near as good. The sauce was tangier and blander, like the spices didn't cover up the yogurt flavor well enough. If you are going to make it I would recommend increasing the spices by 1.5 and perhaps using a blend of yogurt and heavy cream. "
Reviewed Sopaipillas With Chocolate Sauce
"These are delicious! So easy to make, which is their only downfall, since I can end up making them multiple times a week. The chocolate sauce is fabulous, I use it on strawberries, cake, pretzels, and anything else I have in my cupboard that looks dippable. "
Reviewed Chocolate Stout Cupcakes
"These were fantastic! I brought them to work and had multiple people say it was the only time they have ever liked something cooked with beer. I followed the recipe exactly except that I cut the frosting in half, as per another reviewer's recommendation, and the proportions worked out perfectly. "
Reviewed Fettuccine Alfredo
"I only made the sauce, which was pretty fantastic with a few modifications. I thickened with a little cornstarch, which it definitely needed, and also added some fresh basil, which made a huge difference. Overall I'd say it's a great base for you to add an herb, crushed red pepper, or something else to."
Reviewed Cheese-Crusted Squash
"The finished product tasted FABULOUS, my only complaint with the recipe is that it takes far longer than 10 minutes to prep because the acorn squash has such a hard rind. I'd recommend using butternut squash instead, since it's easier to chop. "
Reviewed Beer Bread
"I only made homemade bread once, because I never consider it worth the effort, but this was so easy and absolutely delicious! I used a malty brown ale and substituted brown sugar for white, and used all AP flour. A very flexible recipe"
