Reviewed Garlic Soup

We LOVE this soup. The hardest part of the recipe is peeling the garlic. I use more garlic and more onion than the recipe calls for because there's almost such thing as too much! We have it often, at least twice a week, and my cousin always shows up if he hears "garlic soup!"
