Reviewed Cashew-Crusted Salmon with Bok Choy

"Great taste!!! After reading the reviews about the cashews burning I only left the salmon on the stove top for 2 1/2 minutes a side. I then wrapped them in tin foil and put them in the oven for 2 more minutes at 400 degrees. Cashews were golden brown and the fish flaked off with a fork. It was sooooooo tender…..
