Reviewed Classic New Orleans Bread Pudding with a Bourbon Sauce
"Maybe I'm blind, but I don't see the Bourbon Sauce recipe on this page. I served it w/o the sauce and just used the whipped cream recipe attached. Everyone LOVED it, even the guy who doesn't like raisins!

About Me
I sit in an office all day, 5 days a week, so dinner and weekends are my time to show my love by cooking great meals. We have an oak table on our back patio that can seat 12 so we love to have family dinners and dinner parties. Food Network is my go to recipe center! I love to try new recipies, and use my family as guinea pigs. We have our gas grill hooked to the house gas so I never have to worry about running out during a cook out...that takes a lot of pressure off! ;-)
Favorite Foods
I would say my favorite food to eat is lobster! But cooking, my fav would be a large hen smeared with Cowboy Rub on my ShowTime Rotisserie. My family LOVES when I cook couscous, a recipe handed down from my husband's French grandmother. I love a good fat filet on the grill with fresh crusty bread and butter. I also cook for my dogs (3 of them). They like it and it is an easy way to give them Fish Oil and Clucosamine!
