Reviewed pork tenderloin with seasoned rub

6 days ago on FoodNetwork.com

Great dry rub! I used the rub recipe on tenderloin, then decided to grill it outside. The rub really held in the juices and made the meat so tasty! Saving this recipe to cook inside this winter!

Love, love, love this recipe! Definitely use the brandy; that sauce is just fabulous. I doubled the juices the second time I made it because it was so good, we wanted a lot more of it! The only other change was sauteing mushrooms along with the shallots. Great meal; everyone gave two thumbs up!

Reviewed foolproof standing rib roast with pan sauce

Apr 21, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

This is the perfect way to prepare prime rib; I've never had one better in the finest restaurants! I have used it many times, always to delicious results. It's so easy - the hardest part is keeping people (men) from opening the oven to see what smells so good! For anyone commenting about the saltiness, you should not use the entire portion of Paula's...

Reviewed tangerine-glazed easter ham with baby carrots

Apr 21, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

Put this in your recipe box under "holidays!" I made this ham yesterday for Easter and I must say it was divine. Thanks to everyone for the reviews; a couple of items were really helpful. The glaze does not thicken very much and is really not ready in 40 minutes. Thanks to all the reviews, I started it as soon as I put the ham in the oven, and...

This was a really good recipe; I must admit I sauted onion and garlic in the bacon grease, then drained out the grease and deglazed with some wine and chicken broth..... after that I followed it pretty closely and it was really delicious! Of course I cut the recipe in half; it's just too much! Thanks:)

Reviewed Fish Taco

Jan 7, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

OMG Y'all! This was better than any fish taco I've ever eaten in a restaurant, and believe me I've had a lot of them! I'm sure it didn't hurt that I used fresh from the gulf grouper that my husband caught earlier today, but I think these would be great with any fish. The marinade is absolutely stellar. I just found the recipe today, so didn't "

Reviewed Pecan Coated Fish with Remoulade Sauce

Paula has never let me down and this is no exception! My husband fishes for grouper every day the weather permits, so I'm always looking for a new recipe. This one will stay in my binder for sure! I prepared it exactly as recommended (except cutting the butter by about 30%, as usual with Paula), and it came out perfectly. Served it with saffron...
