When I saw it was made with green grapes, I was intrigued. Taste's just like a caramel apple. If you have a sweet tooth, this will cure it. Just a cook's note: Be sure to drain the grapes first thing, before you start to make this pie. Also keep them in the strainer until you are ready to fold them into the filling. It will keep it from gett"

Made this last weekend after seeing the show. The key to very moist meatballs is a 75/25 ground meat, if using 80/20 use some pork for the fat. Also their is no liquid in the ingredients for the meatballs. Use any liquid you choose, about a tbls., I prefer buttermilk. Do not precook them. Put them in raw just like they did on the show. Do not"

I roasted my chicken in the oven, I hate boiled meat. Used chicken stock in a box. Not a big fan of green pepper either, so I used a pablano instead. Also sauteed the veggies a little bit before adding, didn't think they would cook all the way in the oven. That's the beauty of recipes like this, you can switch it up to match your own tastes. "
