Reviewed Cumin Pork-Potato Filled Tamales
"Tonight was the first time I made tamales and these were fantastic! The recipe does seem to make more filling than masa so the next time I make these I will make double the amount of masa. The filling was so delicious and I think it would be wonderful on its own. The salsa was very nice but we actually just ate it with corn chips and did not put any on the tamales...just hot sauce. So the next time I make this recipe (which I will because the flavors were so amazing! I will not make the salsa and double up on the masa. "
