Reviewed Chicken Marsala
"This was an awesome meal. Made some changes as others did - onions and garlic in the sauce before the mushrooms. Yet, it wasn't easy to keep the chicken hot while the sauce cooked - hence, the chicken was cold. Nonetheless, this was an awesome meal. Cooked it with risotto and asparagus. One of the first times I've cooked a Robert Irvine meal "
Reviewed Asparagus Bundles
"What a great spin on asparagus. Been trying to find a different way to cook one of my favorite vegetables. My entire family enjoyed the recipe as provided."
Reviewed Neelys Baked Ziti
"I've never been a baked ziti fan, and when I saw the Neelys make it on the show, I just had to try it. I used the exact ingredients, and it was spectacular. However, it is just me and my wife - so leftovers will be around for awhile, it make a lot. Recommend cutting down the ingredients for smaller portions if you are a small family."
Reviewed Chicken Piccata
"Absolutely magnificent. I added mushrooms and garlic to the sauce. Put this with linguine and a little ricotta salata - superb!

Reviewed Double Orange Glazed Pork Chops
"Paula - thanks for a great recipe. I've needed something different from chicken and hamburger. My wife normally snubs her nose at pork, but she enjoyed this one. Only difference that I did was used olive oil vice vegetable oil, and added a little orange liquer and flour to the to the sauce to make it more of a rue. Excellent results. ""
Reviewed Neely's Steak Fajitas

The skirt steak was a little tough, but that is to be expected. Cooked it on the grill and sliced on the bias - great flavor. Used an anaheim instead of"
Reviewed Ricotta, Spinach, and Ham Stuffed Chicken Breast Marsala with Pine Nut Pilaf
"Absolutely magnificent meal. I used angel hair pasta instead of the rice pilaf. In the noodles, I put some marsala wine and chicken broth - wow, what a difference. Also, I crusted the chicken in planko - that extra crunch was huge! Great meal, once again, Rachel."
