Reviewed Applesauce and Sage Glazed Pork Loin with Parsnips and Turnips

This is an easy recipe to customize to your taste (and the ingredients you have on hand!) . I have made it with carrots and parsnips, or substituted chunks of baked apples for the apple sauce. I have also sliced the loin into individual portions prior to cooking. A great make-ahead company dish. "
