"I've used this recipe and it's so easy and absolutely yummy! The chocolate you use definitely makes a difference. Quality chocolate yields quality ganache! And it has been a huge hit when I used it to fill some chocolate cups for a birthday party. I added some nuts in some of the cups, some toffee pieces in another and some were plain. This recipe is a keeper!!
