"I bought a half spiral ham and adjusted the recipe accordingly. It was the best ham I've cooked in ages. It smelled wonderful whilst it was baking .Will make it again.

"I already had a container of fruitcake mix. I put that added some dried cranberries,raisins,dried apricots and walnuts. I then used meade,as I had no sherry. They are delish,a nice change from the usual fruitcake. I'd make these again.

"These are well worth the effort. The only trouble I had was making sure the dough was divided equally. They are very pepperminty which we like!
