I have never been to an established cooking school. But, I love to cook and thru the years have met and been befriended by some spectacular chef's that have taught me a whole lot. I have combined that knowledge and came up with my own style. I cook and BBQ for my friends all year long and never receive any complaints, only compliments which make me feel pretty darn good. I allways wanted to be a chef, but was never able to make it happen due to having to make a living to support my family.Never found a culinary school I could attend at night. I am now retired and having a ball, having my friends over on the weekends and having our cookfests together.
Mexican food, especially Taco's, and Camaronis a ladiablo! I really like BBQ, Baby Backs, Beef Brisket, Pork Loin, Chicken, Burgers, Dogs, Veggies, Peaches and Nectarines and Apricots, Fish and Shellfish. I just like food, Doesn't have to be fancy, just taste good. I love Italian, But it makes me fat, so I tend to only cook and eat it occasionally. I have 3 smokers, 6 gas burners, a gas grill and a charcoal BBQ on the patio, so, I'm out there cookin all year round, even in the snow!!
