Everyone says 'too salty!' Use common sense people. Rinse your olives, and use good quality ham that isn't brined for years to preserve it. I added capers (rinsed) and it needed salt and pepper. I also left the seeds in the jalapeño to add spice. Otherwise, it's just a green pepper."
