"I loved this shrimp salad. I only used half the dressing - it makes a lot! I especially liked it when it was first made and the shrimp still a little warm. After it sat for a while and especially the next day it seemed much more salty -- perhaps from the shrimp soaking up salt from dressing. ?? I will definitely make it again.""
