I've made bagels at home before and they didn't turn out as well as these so I'm pretty pleased! Not exactly like getting them from a great bakery but for an at-home version, these are great. We made half with cinnamon and sugar and half with garlic and herbs. Nice!"

This was really very good! I frequently have leftover oatmeal this time of year but I wouldn't say no to making some just to use in this recipe. I know that some reviewers said that it was too sweet; I (perhaps fortunately) didn't have agave nectar so I used 1tbs of maple syrup and 2 tbs of granulated sugar (in the dry ingredients) and I was just "

Fantastic - easy to spice up or leave creamy and bland. A great warm weather dish to make ahead. Could serve these 'shooter' style for a party."

The use of just enough butter for flavor is great! I agree, however, with some of the other reviews that the baking time is way off. Maybe a slightly bigger pan, or higher temperature would help. The dough has kind of a biscuit consistency so maybe cooking a little hotter is a good idea. Or, you could put the blueberries on the bottom to eliminate"

So good and simple - I've made this a few times and always loved it. Have to just add one chipotle to keep the heat level down for my kids though!"
