Reviewed Slow Cooker Chocolate Candy

"What a very sad day. I have never given 1 star to any foodnetwork chef before. I have a 5 qt. crockpot brand slow cooker. I followed the recipe to the "T." At 1.5 hrs, there was a burning smell. It was ruined. Peanuts & chocolate were burnt to the bottom & sides of my crockpot. I do believe the recipe is solid but should stress the timing is"

Reviewed Loco Moco

"Frankly as a home cook, I enjoyed this recipe. It was a huge hit with my guests. However, I am not a fan of the" slurry" (For me, its that texture you get from chinese takeout). Reviewed Lobster Corn Dogs

"OMG! What a simple but awesome flavor profile. The first time that I made this, it was so good that I cried. I made this recipe for entertaining a few friends. They absolutely loved it. One of these days, I will get to visit one of Graham's restaurants. Just a home cook. If I can do it, you all can. Thanks Graham."

About Me

Previously worked many years as a Lab Tech for a local hospital. I left to persue my cooking/culinary dream. I love to cook. I think about preparing food all of the time. I began my career at the age of two (seriously, just ask my parents). Everything inspires me. It is kinda quirky but true. My biggest pet-peeve is, omg - going to a high end resturant that cannot cook a steak or seafood. Please!!! it died once to feed us, why kill it again.

Favorite Foods

I love to braise, smoke, grill, roast, etc. I challenge myself daily. Cannoli, bolognese, lasagna, enchilada, gyros, casserole, etc. After 52 years on the face of this earth, I have not found my favorite restuarant. I love bits & pieces from each resturant that I have patroned but not in love with it totally. The upshot, it inspires me to change things up.
