I do agree with jjets_12642634...but it should be called Citrus Deep Dish Apple Pie because Deep Dish Apple pie throws people off that are thinking traditionally.

Whoa, the citrus in this overwhelms the pie! I guess if you go into thinking okay this is going taste like a lemon pie, you'd be okay. My husband said it was too lemony and my kids wouldn't even eat it (and they love apple pie). I will definitely go back to my old recipe. Also, I only baked mine for an hour and the apples were still too mushy...could...

For those of you saying she's trying to hard....she's new at this, give her a break. Have you ever looked at Giada's first recordings....they all gotta start somewhere. Besides this is to rate the recipe, not the show. This stew was awesome!

Please look on Ree's website (the pioneer woman) for the correct instructions, she only calls for one juiced lemon at first, tells you to then taste and check consistency...add more from a second lemon IF you need to. These are fabulous!"

This slaw is absolutely delicious, incorrect ingredients verses the show's ingredients is what's going on here...per the show, Ree adds 1 HEAD white cabbage and 1 HEAD purple cabbage, 2 cups milk and 1 cup of mayo. All other ingredients are correct. That's why people are getting soupy slaw, they're only adding two halves of cabbage plus more mil"

I'm a pretty experienced cook and I don't know how anyone can call this mac and cheese....it was so greasy and separated. Globs of cheese everywhere. Followed recipe exactly because it looked so good on TV. Used a good cheese as well...I don't know, just was gross. This recipe went in the trash. "
