"WOW! I never knew that something simple like meatloaf could blow my socks off! Literally, as it's spicy. This is a very delicious dish! I sometimes don't enjoy the chore of cooking with leftovers to deal with, except for this! These leftovers aren't going to last long here. I recommend making extra glaze for serving, and using a wire cookie rack so it drains into the pan (not around it). Thank you for sharing this recipe, I will definitely pass it on.
