Reviewed Baked Penne with Roasted Vegetables
"Absolutely delish. I used a different kind of pasta than penne but roughly the same size and it worked well. I also didn't have fontina cheese so I just skipped it and it turned out just fine. It makes A LOT of food so it would be perfect for larger dinner parties, esp. if you pair it with a good salad. The 9x13 casserole dish was overflowing. I a"
