My third go of lentils. Very happy with results, however I only had green lentils so not sure of the difference in taste. I even think I charred the "bloom" of the oil and it still turned out well. Loved it on barefoot contessa's herb basmati rice."

Turned out well for at light salad. The baked chicken took twice as long to cook, but very flavorful and worth it. Previous reviewer used crunchy noodles as topping, would like to try that. I was also out of the chili sauce, however still a great occasional dish. Dressing was great!"
