"Excellent, easy recipe which the whole family enjoyed.

Side note: I really can't stand it when reviewers change a recipe significantly and then declare "it sucks". "Faithypooh", did you try the filling itself? Did you try the ravioli before adding your sauce? Because YOUR sauce is what made it a "wet, white, bland, sloppy mess".

Reviewed Strawberry Applesauce

"I used this recipe as a starting point, here's my recipe:

3 lbs of tart summer apples (Green Lodi), cut into eighths
1 lb strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
1 cinnamon stick

Combine in crock pot, cook approximately 4 hours on high. Remove cinnamon stick. I used the Kitchen Aid food mill attachment for my mixer to mash it up and strain out the seeds/ste"

"Delicious! I made it with kale & small red new potatoes b/c that's what I had from my CSA. I also added mushrooms after the potatoes, sauteed for a few minutes, then added the kale.

This is the first time I've not only enjoyed kale, but loved it!

I used the full quarter cup of oil in the first step, and wouldn't skimp there, but only drizzled so"
