Reviewed Parmesan Potato Pancake
"This was great! I was looking for a quick but good recipe as I only had a few potatoes. Fresh basil would have been better, but I found the recipe to be very easy. No problem with the pancakes (we made 7 - 8 smaller ones sticking and I just flipped them over. I made sure that I had enough olive oil to cover the whole bottom of the pan. Will definately make again.
