"I also thought this was easier than intermediate to make this recipe. I only had one qt of stock so I used one qt of water instead and added about 1/4 lb of lean ground beef. Overall, this recipe is healthy and with a variety of veggies I was very content. Not to mention tasty! I will try to make it again exactly as listed but I still give 5 stars""
