Reviewed Slow Cooker Chipotle-Lime Chicken Thighs Jamaican Rice and Peas

"VERY easy to make and full of flavor. I would recommend only 1 cup of coconut milk, an entire can was too creamy for my family. This recipe is a keeper!"

Reviewed Butternut Squash and Apple Soup

"I served this with Christmas dinner, and only two out of five adults said it was good. The rest didn't care for it. For me, the 3 cups of green apples used in the video sweetened the flavor of the squash way too much. I'm not sure if that was the only problem, but it had a funny taste. I LOVE butternut squash, but did NOT like this soup."

Reviewed Butternut Squash and Apple Soup

"I served this with Christmas dinner yesterday, and out of the five adults served only one liked it and one said it was ok (e which was why I gave it two stars). Reviewed Penne with Asparagus and Cherry Tomatoes (Spring

"Full of fresh vegetables that is quick and healthy. There isn't a sauce, just olive oil and vegetables, so while there isn't a lot of flavor it is a refreshingly simple Spring recipe."

Reviewed Barbecued Chinese Chicken Lettuce Wraps

"Really good, really easy, really different! Although, it is missing a kick. Add your favorite pepper, or red pepper flakes, or hot sauce and then we area really in business!""

Reviewed Cowboy Chicken Casserole

"This recipe had some really good flavors, so I loved the ingredients. I didn't like the consistency of it as you lift it out of the casserole dish. It was kind of just fell all over and wasn't firm, so on the plate it looked like a pile of mess. I would saute the onions before adding them since they were still a little crunchy, and I also think yo""

Reviewed Cajun Shrimp and Rice

"This is the first time I have made a recipe using shrimp, and I loved it! It is simple, full of flavor, and my husband had three helpings. Only question; can I buy shrimp that is peeled and deveined already? I spent 20 minutes doing that alone. Kind of annoying actually, but other than that, great!""
