Outstanding!!!! I added some garlic powder and paprika to the flour as well. I also double dipped it in the texas pete mixture and flour so that it had extra thick and crispy crust... so good and flavorful. I have made Bobby Flay's fried chicken recipe a couple of times, Paula has him beat on flavor all the way!!"

This was raved about at Thanksgiving dinner, it was the star of the vegetables. I used just under 2 1/2 lbs of fresh broccoli crowns cut up and followed the directions for the rest...except I probably used more garlic, because I always do. Really tasty way to make broccoli.
