These were the very best chicken burgers I have ever tasted. So easy to make and ingredients usually on hand. I didn't expect them to be so tasty but was so happy with them that I will continue to make them for my family. Do not change anything, do the recipe exactly as written. Sooooo yummy!

Haven't missed an episode. I also DVR it so I can sit down and enjoy the show when I have time. Love this chef, her manner is genuine and not too practiced like many of your other chefs. Plus, her food is wonderful. I couldn't find the show this past Saturday am! I sincerely hope Food Network plans to keep going with this series.

Rich and delicious. We all loved this dish! You can reduce the butter a little and still have it be wonderful. Although the fact that the show was butter inspired was not lost on me:) Really like Amy's show and look forward to seeing all episodes. She seems genuine and straight forward and miss that since moving away from the midwest. Thanks Amy!"

Very flavorful. I too had some difficulty getting the potatoes to cook through and it did not become bubbly. However, the end result, once the casserole baked for around 45 minutes @375 degrees was very good. I think the two TBL's butter must be wrong. I used three and added a little olive oil. The two bags of frozen potatoes is a lot of potatoes"

So delicious! I used sour cream (because that's what I had) instead of yogurt and parmigiano reggiano instead of fontina. I did everything else as per the recipe. I didn't chill them more than an hour and didn't seem to have much problem getting them to form into patties and stay together. Maybe because of the changes? Also, be sure your pan is ju"

Made this chicken tonight and it was great! Made the following changes: used 1 whole egg, drizzled the bottom of the pan with olive oil. Whole egg, including the yolk provides iron and vitamins and hey, there's nothing wrong with a bit of olive oil! Try not to go to extremes Bobby, lets use the idea of the Mediterranean which are healthy and yumm...
