"Giada=Genius! This meal was divine. I could eat this glaze on a tire it's so delicous. The aromatics from the sauce--just when it was simmering--were so captivating I had to try it right away!
I cut the recipe in half and added a little more garlic because, well, I love garlic. My boyfriend isn't a huge fan of pork, but he LOVED this dish"
About Me
I grew up cooking with my mother--I still have a picture of myself at 4 years old helping my mom cook ground meat! My mom has learned amazing tricks and delicous meals from my gramma and from people she met on our travels around the world when we were stationed at different Air Force Bases. I love cooking and baking and learning new recipes and tips!
