"Very tasty and easy to make! Will def be making this again! Great way to get the kids to eat broccoli! I only used about 1 tbs. of flour and a lot more cheese! I used a combo of sharp and reg cheddar and monterey jack. I also used a little velveeta and added a bit of black pepper to the mix as well. Also, my kids enjoy it when i add some frozen corn to the mix...they seem to eat the broccoli more! I will do anything to get them to eat the greens!!!
