"This cake was incredible! Be sure to use the coconut cream, not the coconut milk- it makes a big difference. You can find it near the beer/wine section with the drink mixes. I also added some lime zest and the juice of one small lime (lightly squeezed) to the icing and it was fantastic!! Had a very tropical feel. Thanks for such a great recipe "
