"I grew up in north Florida eating boiled peanuts at many road side stands. I had never heard of using roasted peanuts for them so I decided to give it a try. But it just wasn't anything like what boiled peanuts should taste like. Do it with raw or dried but NOT roasted and you will be pleasantly surprised. Make sure to boil them for a lot longer "
