"First time for sea bass and it was great. My wife loves it when I cook "fish meals". We made it for a couple that don't eat any fish at all and they loved it. The broccoli was great as well. They two dishes were nice together."

"This was the BBQ sauce I have been looking for. It was great with the chicken wings. I made it with a rack of pork ribs. It was wonderful. Now everyone wants to come over for ribs. The only difference I made was using 1 cup of red wine vinegar. I ran out and it turned out to be perfect.
