Reviewed Gussie's Fried Chicken with Pecan-Honey Glaze
"Excellent Dish! With fussy eaters around the table, I served the sauce on the side. We added the sauce over the chicken at the plate level. I ended up with some leftover sauce thinking I could serve over simple oven baked sweet potatoes/yams! This recipe is wonderful and versatile! Thank you for sharing Paula!"
Reviewed Biscuits
"The biscuits were wonderful! I made them to the delight of my pickiest eater! I took the advice of two posts, shred the cold butter and brush with melted butter before baking. I baked the biscuits on a small stoneware pie dish in a convection "toaster" oven in two batches. As a result, the second batch raised better. Next time, I will let the dough rest 15 minutes before baking! Thank you Paula for a wonderful recipe!"
