OK, I love the recipe but I can't watch this episode again. What is up with Wendy licking her lips and acting all demure. It was unnatural looking and absurd. Wendy, you look beautiful. Leave it at that. This is a cooking show not a soap opera. Your acting was creepy.

I am attempting to make this in my crockpot. I do have the wolfgang puck model that sears-although not that well- so I will give the ribs a little brown on. While I do that I put 3 cups of red wine on the stove to reduce to about 3/4 cup. I do not like wine taste in the crock so hopefully this will alleviate that. While the ribs are searing and the...
