Reviewed Southern Red Velvet Cake
"This was my first RV cake and tried this recipe. The cake flavor itself was mild and nice. However, I thought the recipe was way too oily. I've noticed in searching recipes that many only call for 1/2 cup butter (or oil) but this recipe and a few others call for 1.5 cups oil. "
