"Absolutely fantastic! I followed her directions exactly as stated and the meal turned out wonderfully!! This was my first time eating sweet potatoes and man where they delicious! I'll be making both of these items again, especially the potatoes. I'll use them in place of regular potatoes more often since they're healthier and tastier. Thanks again Rachel! Yet another fabulous recipe. You make cooking dinner for my family fun for me.
"This stuffing is fabulous!! Its so yummy that i'm making it again, only three days later. I'm literally craving it. I'm not sure why other reviewers are not happy. I added extra poultry seasoning to the bread because I really like strong flavor. I just made sure to sprinkle each piece of bread with seasoning (enough so that I can see its on there). I think that added to the flavor content. The gravy is fabulous and complements the flavors of the stuffing beautifully. Rachel as always, thank you! I think your the best chef and definitely my favorite on food network.
"This salad is fantastic! I just made it but forgot to add the garlic. It was still fabulous. In my home we make taco salad all of the time and I like to sprinkle this over it to add extra, delicious layers of flavor. We make this recipe all of the time. Thank you Aaron!
Reviewed Sloppy Lasagna
"I thought this dish was great. I had to improvise because I didn't have the kind of meat and cheese that the recipe called for. I used ground turkey as it was all I had on hand. I also had regiano cheese and grated parmesan so i mixed the two together for the cheese sauce. It was really tasty. I made the mistake, however, of adding too much salt to the sauce. The cheese adds enough salt so its best to go easy when seasoning the cream sauce. Other than that I thought this dish was fabulous. Next time I'll try to have all of the ingredients that the recipe calls for. I'm sure it will be super tasty. Rachel is a fantastic chef and her food never disappoints.
"Rachel you are a fantastic chef, thank you! This meal was delicious. Unfortunately I overdid it on the salt, but that was my fault. The flavor, however, was fabulous. My favorite were the meatloaf and potatoes. I don't think I'm a big fan of kale. It has a bitterness much like spinach (although it could have been my fault. It was the first time I ever cooked it and I couldn't follow Rachel's recipe exactly because I had no red wine on hand). For the kale I used a combo of chicken stock and white whine which I had in the house, and it was still very tasty. Next time I'll ease up on the salt! Fabulous meal, however, despite my mistake.
