Reviewed Steamed Clams with Chorizo and Tequila
"This was the best steamed clams dish I have ever had. Being Mexican like Marcela, I did use tequila and the flavors were awesome! I made the same dish again the next night and ivited serveral friends. Everyone Loved it and asked for the recipe. Off to Mexico to get more clams!! I will try adding lemon juice at the end to see what that does. Thank "
