My Activity

Reviewed Salisbury Steak with Mashed Potatoes and Parsnips and Cress

"OMG, So good! Watched this episode this morning and had to try it. Changed it up a bit to suit our tastes. As others said, the parsley went in the meat also added a bit of grill seasoning. The meat made 6 good size portions. Also cooked for about 10 more minutes as they weren't quite done. Added a few extra potatoes and some garlic and the ratio with the parsnips was perfect. Added 2 tbsp butter with half n half and a sprinkle of dried garlic at the end. In the gravy, I used dried thyme and rosemary instead of the sage as I do not care for sage. All in all, my family loved it. Thanks Rachel. Will definitely make again!
