If you are looking for a light, moist, creative cupcake-- this is really not the right recipe for you. I am not a fan of using sour cream in cake batter, and in this case you can totally taste it. That plus the cream cheese frosting (which, by the way, took a lot of extra powdered sugar to get to pipe-able, palatable texture) made these cupcakes...
