"Was a big hit for a St. Pat's appetizer. Served with sour cream/chive dip as well as homemade ranch. If have fresh parsley use .. made one batch w/fresh and another with dried (ran out of fresh for second batch) and the fresh definitely was much more flavorful. Yum!"
