Reviewed salmon with lemon, capers, and rosemary

We don't like salmon but we love capers, rosemary, garlic and lemon zest. So, we did away with slices of lemon and used zest, knifing it in with garlic and rosemary. We packaged it with the salmon and roasted in oven at 375 for 20 minutes. YUM! It's a keeper. Thanks Giada.

I know a lot of the taste has to do with the lamb itself, but the seasonings were great. I was a little doubtful about the lemon but I couldn't taste it and I'm sure it made them very tender.
