"I just wanted to THANK INA for this recipe - Herb Roasted Turkey. I bought a large bird this year (on sale) & heard that they could be bland, so I tried this recipe to add flavor. I marinated it the night before (over & under the skin. My Thanksgiving Turkey was moist & juicy, with lots of flavor this year, and it's all to Ina Garten & this recipe. Thank You So Much Ina- for ALL Your Recipes. It's so nice to watch your show & try your recipes, and if you "experiment" on Thanksgiving, to hear the compliments, it's worth the fuss.
