Reviewed Grilled Chicken Cutlet Parmigiana

"Very tasty and easy to make. I use home-made roasted tomato sauce, and breaded chicken with flour/egg/panko, then baked in oven 5 min each side at 350 degree, and 2 min each side at 400 degree. 1/2 tsp red pepper flake was too spicy for us, will try 1/8 tsp. I did not use Parmigiano-Reggiano. I had with pasta."
