Love bacon in anything, so I'm sure this would be good!! My daughter gave me HER recipe for Baked Artichoke Dip (no spinach cuz I'm not a fan). I accidentally bought Hellman's mayo LIGHT & there was NO grease! Her's was always greasy (but delicious)! So I always use LIGHT mayo - and I just serve with original Town House crackers. I get many requests...

This recipe is the best! Sweet, but delicious! One suggestion for those with "goopy, liquidy, soppy" bread - I don't layer the bread. I used the french bread, cut it in cubes (incl. the crust). Put in a large bowl and kept out all day, turning the bread with a spoon until it got "stale". Then put it together that night, refrigerate overnight "
